A Shadow Teacher helps create consistency between therapy, home, and school by applying structured support strategies that encourage participation, communication, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement throughout the school day.
Structured Placement & Support

Assessment
Structured observation and developmental evaluation to identify the level of classroom and support assistance required.
Guided Matching
Selecting a Shadow Teacher whose experience, communication style, and support approach align with the child’s needs.
Ongoing Integration
Continuous support, progress monitoring, school coordination, and adaptive guidance to help maintain consistency throughout the placement.
